Is it location?
whats the best location? right in the City center or out slightly by the beach where all the action is through Summer?

Do you choose a party hostel, the quiet hostel or the one in between, a very social family like hostel where it’s all about the guests having the best experience?
A hostel who base their reputation on keeping the hostel very clean, tidy and respectable.
Is it how much “free” stuff is included in the price? breakfast? towels? pick up/drop off service, use of a car to get your groceries? or just the price of your bed/room full stop? do you go for the cheapest or the most expensive?

Do you choose a hostel with its own bar, with “backpacker” prices, themed parties, competitions for everyone to get amongst?
Reviews? is is how good or bad the hostels reviews are? or do you just want to check it out for self anyway?
How about a hostel who organise “hostel BBQs” for everyone to either bring $5 and eat all together or everyone bring a dish of their choice and have a family dinner and everyone can mingle?
Comment and share what it is that you look for when choosing your backpacker’s hostel? Here @bouncinglambnelson we aim to run a very social but respectable hostel so all our guests can enjoy themselves meet new people from all over the world, have a drink or two if they want but also know that if they want a good night sleep they will get just that! we run a tight ship on the cleaning side of things, always provide hot showers, Sean loves cranking the BBQ up (even on wet days) and getting all the guests together for some good tucker but mostly we just want our guests to leave with a good feeling and some great memories!
We love feedback good or bad and if its bad and we can change something we will, we also love to hear we are doing something right so if you get to enjoy “the lamb experience” let us know what you like or don’t like so we can better ourselves for you!
